Installation of integrated type High temperature ball valve Operating instructions for:
1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, open the valve and flush it.
2. Before installation, the whole machine can be tested according to the specified signal (electrical or pneumatic) (so that the transport vibration does not affect the performance), and can be installed online (depending on the wiring).
3. Before preparing to connect the pipe, flush the residual impurities in the pipe (these substances will damage the valve seat and ball).
4. During installation, do not use the actuator of the integrated high-temperature ball valve as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
5. The integrated high-temperature ball valve needs to be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipeline.
6. The pipeline near the installation site shall not be suspended or subject to external force. You can use pipe supports or brackets to remove pipe misalignment.
7. After the integrated high-temperature ball valve is connected with the pipeline, tighten the flange connecting bolts to the specified torque.
