working principle:

The anti-wear ball valve adopts special profiling ball and double eccentric design, with double vector movement, so that the valve seat and profiling ball will not contact, friction or wear during the valve opening and closing process. When closing, the mechanical seal is ensured through cam effect to achieve zero leakage of metal seal, and the sealing performance is one order of magnitude higher than the current industry standard (BS6364). The sealing power acts on the fixed valve seat through the valve stem, without lip seal and spring auxiliary seal, and without dynamic seal, excellent, reliable and consistent sealing performance can be obtained under high and low pressure conditions. In severe conditions, this sealing design ensures that the medium will not accumulate and harden between the valve seat and valve body, thus preventing valve failure. The profiling ball design has no dead zone in the valve chamber of traditional valves, eliminating the risk of catastrophic failure caused by the expansion of unstable medium in the valve chamber in the two-way sealing design.
