Fully closed and fully open status of ash unloading eccentric hemisphere valve
Ash unloading The valve rod is controlled by the driving device, and the valve ball is driven to rotate to open and close the valve. The switch device is flexible, simple in combination and convenient in use, and can be used in large diameter pipelines.
During the closing process, the rotation of the hand wheel will cause the valve stem to move downward and drive the valve ball to leave the valve seat again while rotating without friction. With the rotation of the hand wheel, the valve stem and valve will rotate at the same time due to the effect of the spiral groove guide pin of the valve stem. When the valve stem and valve ball rotate nearly 90 °, the valve is close to closing, and finally the valve begins to apply pressure to the valve ball, Squeeze the valve ball onto the sealing surface of the valve seat again, and the valve is fully closed at this time.
When the valve is not opened, the valve ball bears the extrusion from the top to the bottom of the valve stem and is closed with the seat sealing ring; When the valve is opened, drive the handwheel to rotate, drive the valve stem to move upward, stop applying pressure to the valve ball, and the valve ball starts to leave the seat sealing ring. With the rotation of the handwheel, the valve stem keeps rising. Affected by the spiral groove of the valve stem, the valve ball will rotate without friction after leaving the valve seat. When the valve moves to the highest position, the valve ball stops rotating, and the valve is in a fully open state at this time.
The ash unloading eccentric hemisphere valve has excellent self sealing performance: because the eccentric crankshaft is selected, the valve has excellent self sealing performance. Because of the existence of eccentricity, when the valve is closed, the pressure F of water in the valve makes the spherical crown have a counterclockwise torque around the crankshaft axis, making the spherical crown tightly press on the valve seat. The greater the water pressure, the greater the sealing force, that is, it has excellent self sealing.
