1. Opening process of eccentric hemisphere valve: ① During the closing action, the ball of the eccentric hemisphere valve will be pressed tightly on the valve seat by the pressure generated by the stem machinery. ② When the hand wheel is turned counterclockwise, the movement direction of the valve rod will be reversed, and the bottom angular plane of the valve will make the ball off the valve seat. ③ When the valve rod is constantly lifting and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve rod, the ball can start to rotate without friction. ④ When it is rotated to the fully open position, the lifting of the valve rod also reaches the corresponding position, so the opening of the ball valve can reach the fully open position. 2. Closing process of eccentric hemisphere valve ① When closing, rotate the hand wheel clockwise, and the valve rod falling ball will start to rotate after it leaves the valve seat. ② If the handwheel is rotated continuously, the valve rod will be affected by the guide pin embedded in the spiral groove on the ball valve, and the ball and valve rod will rotate 90 ° at the same time. ③ When the ball valve has been closed to the specified degree, the ball has been rotated to 90 ° without contacting the valve seat. ④ When the hand wheel is rotated to the end of several turns, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem mechanically wedges the ball, so that it can be tightly pressed on the valve seat to achieve the sealing closing effect.
