Install pneumaticThe precautions are as follows: 1. Before installing the pneumatic eccentric hemisphere valve, it is necessary to clean the impurities and dirt in the valve chamber, sealing surface and other important parts; 2. The pre tightening force of connecting bolts at all parts shall be uniform; 3. The packing position needs to be compacted to ensure better sealing performance; 4. Before installing the valve, check the valve model, connection size and medium flow direction, and reserve space for valve drive; 5. If the pneumatic eccentric hemisphere valve is frequently used, it shall be lubricated once a month； 6. Connect the drive device according to the wiring mode of the circuit diagram; 7. Handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism cannot be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited； 8. Regularly maintain the eccentric hemisphere valve, and be careful not to cause external force collision to it to avoid sealing failure。
