The inspection and installation method of eccentric hemisphere valve is as follows: First of all, we need to conduct strength test on eccentric hemisphere valve. We need to install high-pressure cap on both sides of the valve, and then fill the ball valve with water. When the valve pressure reaches 1.5 times, it stops. If there is no leakage, the product is qualified.It can be tested by nitrogen. If there is no bubble in the process of entering nitrogen, it is qualified.
