The cleaning method of eccentric hemisphere valve is as follows: 1. The eccentric hemisphere valve is generally cleaned in the order of main pipe, branch pipe and drain pipe; 2. During purging, except for non-ferrous metal and non-metallic pipes, the pipe wall should be hammered (stainless steel pipes should use a wooden hammer to dynamically balance the electric regulating valve), especially for welds, dead corners and pipe bottom parts, but the pipes should not be damaged; 6. Purge until clean water is discharged from the pipe.When using compressed air for purging, ensure that the medium flow rate in the system is not less than 20m/s. Place white paper or white cloth at the outlet for inspection. If there is no trace of rust, dust and other dirt on it within 5min, it is qualified; 7.
