The material selection of is as follows: (1) Main materials The valve body, valve cover, eccentric crankshaft and pressure ring are ball cast iron (QT450-10);Ball crown, valve seat, shaft sleeve and fasteners in contact with medium are stainless steel (2Cr13), and fasteners not in contact with medium are carbon steel galvanized;The locating pin is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9). （2）The working pressure rating of eccentric hemisphere valve is 1.6Mpa. (3) All materials meet the national standard (GB/17219). （4）The chemical composition, mechanical properties and quality requirements of the material shall meet the standards.
