The scientific management methods are as follows:
1. Disassemble the eccentric hemisphere valve according to the standard to prevent the ball valve from being damaged due to improper operation.
2. During construction, eccentric hemisphere valves shall be uniformly placed in the specified area to prevent accidental damage caused by random placement.
3. After the hydraulic test of the eccentric hemisphere valve, the water in the valve chamber shall be discharged in time to prevent corrosion or icing.
4. Some parts of the eccentric hemisphere valve shall be sealed before leaving the factory to prevent impurities from entering the valve chamber during transportation, resulting in sealing failure.
5. Before welding the eccentric hemisphere valve, the valve should be in the fully open position to prevent the damage of the sphere caused by splashes, and the welding temperature between the valve seats should be controlled at about 140 ℃.
